  • Our policy offers 7 days maximum for any exchanges or returns.
  • No $$ refund, only store credit and exchanges.
  • Items must be in same condition it was sent. no stains, tears, unworn.
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

In addition to return policy:

  • White clothing and bodysuits are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Items purchased using promotional codes are FINAL SALE.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • All jewelry is FINAL SALE.

Return instructions:

  • Email rivali.customerservice@gmail.com for return approval.
  • Please include your order number in the initial email.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receival date.
  • Must meet all return policy requirements.

Please note: All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit if customer chooses to return item for store credit.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

*Exchanges and store credit refunds will be processed until returned items are received by merchant. It can take up to 7-10 days.
