Return Policy
- Our policy offers 7 days maximum for any exchanges or returns.
- No $$ refund, only store credit and exchanges.
- Items must be in same condition it was sent. no stains, tears, unworn.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
- Proof of purchase is required.
In addition to return policy:
- White clothing and bodysuits are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items purchased using promotional codes are FINAL SALE.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
Return instructions:
- Email rivali.customerservice@gmail.com for return approval.
- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receival date.
- Must meet all return policy requirements.
Please note: All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit if customer chooses to return item for store credit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*Exchanges and store credit refunds will be processed until returned items are received by merchant. It can take up to 7-10 days.
